If you encounter an issue where your withdrawal is missing, please go to your ‘ASSETS’, then ‘Withdrawals’. Then click ‘DETAILS’ on the right of the transaction. This window will indicate whether your transaction has been completed or not. As this can be a lengthy process, please be patient and allow upto 60 minutes for your withdrawal to process. As anomalies can occur, if you haven’t received your tokens after 6 hours please email customer support with a screenshot of the ‘DETAILS’ page and we’ll do our best to solve your issue as soon as possible.
